After speaking to nearly 100 guests it’s clear that the pandemic has impacted our industry in a variety of ways. Whether you’re a fair manager, marketing director, entertainer, agent, concessionaire or carnival operator, you have a story to share about your pandemic experience.
How Does the Podcast Work?
We record using Zoom video and the interviews typically last about 35-45 minutes. A few have gone longer but we shoot for 35-45. When you connect with me on Zoom we’ll chat briefly and make sure the connection is good and the audio sounds good. Then we have a conversation which will get published on the podcast a week or two later.
If We Don’t Tell Our Stories, Who Will?
Our industry has been so crippled not only by the pandemic but by various government responses to the pandemic. We’ve experienced everything from closures to crippling limitations put on attendance and from cancelled contracts to lost revenue. If we don’t tell our stories, who will?
